Sealing and waxing to both protect the integrity of the floor as well as bring out the character of the floor. RBL uses top of the line floor sealers and wax to maintain maximum protection and shine, especially through New England winters where salt from boots can eat away floor protection.
Clean glass is an important part to any job, but it doesn’t end with the glass. Frames and sashes need to be wiped down, tracks need to be vacuumed out, and screens need to be installed. All stickers are removed both inside and outside of the building. RBL has the ability to use lifts to access hard to reach areas.
Not only do we have the ability at RBL to do your finish cleaning at the end of the project, we also offer cleaning services on a T&M basis throughout the entirety of the job. Trash and debris can be taken from hallways, stair cases, and any common areas right out to the sites dumpsters. Shop vac’s and brooms can be provided to make the clean-up process more efficient and easy. We know all trades own their own clean up, but sometimes they need a little help, and we can make that happen.
